What is Print on Demand?

Print on demand is an order fulfillment process where my graphics are printed and products are assembled after, not before, the order is placed. This process allows me to create a collection without incurring excess production waste from unsold products, and without having to utilize storage space.

What is the order fulfillment process?

Once an order is placed, it is routed to a carefully selected fulfillment center for processing. The completed order is then inspected for quality, packaged, and shipped to you from the fulfillment center. There is no need for the product to come to me before being shipped to you directly. Note: multiple items may arrive from different fulfillment centers.

Shipping & Delivery Expectations

Because every item is crafted especially for you by an independent artist, delivery typically takes a bit longer than mass-produced items. Please allow an average turnaround time of 5 to 14 business days, depending on the item and season. Specific production and delivery estimates are detailed on each product page using the lowest priced shipping option.

Return Policy

We encourage thoughtful purchasing at Bright and Shiny NYC! Since each print-on-demand item is custom made, all sales are final, and we cannot accommodate cancellations, order modifications, or alternative shipping selections once an order is placed.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or shipping error, it can be returned for a full refund or replaced within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
